A policeman
had his ear bitten off today by a man when he intervened with a fellow officer
to break up a fight between drivers between the southern towns of Vieste and
Mattinata.
Officers arrested 42-year-old Leonardo D'Ercole and
26-year-old Leonardo Ricucci for their involvement in the attack
